Of the 100-plus Diddy Accusers, One Was 16 at the Time of Alleged Assault

Four men claimed to have been sexually assault by the rap mogul.

A Teenager At a White Party?

The suit says the plaintiff was invited to one of Combs’ widely speculated “White Parties” held in the Hamptons in 1998 when he was just 16 years old. The lawsuit features a photo of the then-teen with Combs taken after briefly bumping into him. However, Combs began to make conversation with the plaintiff and took him to a private area by the portable restrooms, the lawsuit says.

After telling Combs of his dreams of being a music artist, the suit says the mogul told the plaintiff he could transform him into a star. However, the suit alleges Combs abruptly told him he needed to drop his pants. After asking why, Combs said he needed to “inspect his penis” as a rite of passage en route to becoming a star. Under fear and intimidation, the plaintiff followed Combs’ orders. The lawsuit alleges Combs fondled the plaintiff’s private parts. When he was finished, he told the then-teen his people would be in touch and returned to the party, per the lawsuit.

More White Party Controversy

The lawsuit says in 2006, the plaintiff worked for MASS Security, which was hired to provide security for one of Combs’ “White Parties” at his property in East Hampton. The plaintiff claims after meeting Combs, he was repeatedly targeted by him and given two drinks. After the second drink, the plaintiff says he fell ill and leaned against a truck for support.

Combs allegedly approached the plaintiff, seemingly out of concern, but forcibly pushed him inside an open van. The suit says Combs then held down the plaintiff and sexually assaulted him in his anus. The plaintiff claims he discovered a “disturbing sensation” of what he believed was Combs’ semen coming from his body following the incident. He reported the situation to his supervisor but the suit does not mention any action that followed.

Business Deal Goes Terribly Wrong

The lawsuit says the plaintiff worked for Ecko Clothing and met with Combs on several occasions to discuss the marketing of Combs’ “Sean Jean” clothing line. However, in a meeting in 2008, the plaintiff was cornered by Combs and his bodyguards at a dead end of the stockroom. The suit says the plaintiff was hit hard on the base of his neck with what felt like a pistol, forcing him to his hands and knees.

The suit claims after a series of threats, Combs said to the plaintiff “Suck my dick, Ecko.” Combs was alleged to have forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth, orally raping him for two minutes until Combs ejaculated. “You like that, white boy?” Combs allegedly said the plaintiff, per the lawsuit. Shortly after the incident, the suit says the plaintiff was no longer allowed at the Macy’s flagship store in Herald Square. Weeks later, the Macy’s CEO pressured Ecko to fire the plaintiff - which the suit claims was a result of the report of the assault. No action was ever taken by the company to address the report, the suit says.

Gang-Rape Allegations

Back in 2021, the plaintiff was working for Royal Reigns Management when he was invited to one of Combs’ parties, the lawsuit says. He was picked up from the airport by Combs’ business and taken to New York City. The plaintiff said he saw “several well-known” artists at the function.

The suit says he was immediately offered what he was told was ecstasy but refused. He limited himself to one drink, however, the plaintiff claims his drink was drugged upon becoming disoriented and confused. As he tried to leave the party, the suit says someone pulled him into a bedroom. By that point, the effects of the drink became paralyzing. The suit says the plaintiff was then sexually assaulted and sodomized by multiple men, including Combs.

Combs is now over a dozen sexual assault lawsuits deep on top of facing federal sex crime charges. He’s pleaded not guilty to the three-count indictment and was denied bail three times. He’s set to go to trial in May of 2025.
